Returns and exchanges

At a glance

Check every item before you leave the counter.If a pack is damaged, or you picked the wrong one, we exchange it there and then.

Once you leave the counter, items cannot be returned or exchanged.The one exception is our own BBK SELECT packs and gift hampers, below.

Home delivery: check your order at the door before you share your 4-digit code. Once you share it, the order is final.

No cash refunds. You get an exchange, or the money goes on your BBK wallet, which you can spend at any BBK BAZAR store.

At the counter

A damaged pack (torn, crushed, leaking or with a broken seal): exchange it for something else, or we put the money on your BBK wallet.
The wrong item, flavour or size: exchange it for something else. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference goes on your BBK wallet.

Please look at everything before you step away. We ask because once a pack has left the shop, nobody can tell what happened to it after that — so we settle it together, at the counter, while you are still there.

After you leave

Something wrong inside a sealed branded pack — the taste, the quantity or the contents — is the responsibility of the company that made and sealed it. Please contact the customer-care number printed on the pack. Our staff will gladly help you find it.

Our own BBK SELECT packs and BBK gift hampers are packed by us, so we stand behind what is inside them. If something is wrong inside, bring it back to the store where you bought it within 24 hours. Our head office looks at it, and you get an exchange or the money on your BBK wallet. Bring:

the item, in its pack;
your bill, if you have it — if not, tell us roughly when you bought it and we will find the sale;
your mobile number, which we keep your return and your BBK wallet against.

The date on the pack must match what we sold you at that time, and we may take a photo of it.

Anything else is final once you leave the counter.

Home delivery

When your order arrives, please check every item before you share your 4-digit handover code. Anything you don't want, or that isn't right, simply hand back to our delivery person — you pay only for what you keep.

Once you share the code, the order is final and cannot be returned. Nobody from BBK BAZAR will ever ask for your code by phone.

Your BBK wallet

Money on your BBK wallet can be spent at any BBK BAZAR store.
Tell the counter your mobile number when you pay.
It cannot be paid out in cash.
