BBK Prime Membership
Lower member prices on items marked ★ Prime, at the counter and on the website, for ₹199 for 12 months.
How it works
- What you get. Items with a member price show it as ★ Prime price on the website, and the saving is shown on your bill. As a member you pay that price instead of our normal price. Items without a Prime price are charged at our normal price.
- The fee. ₹199, including GST at 18%, for 12 months from the day you pay. A GST invoice is printed on your bill.
- How to join. At the counter of any BBK BAZAR store, or on the website by ticking Add BBK Prime in your basket. On the website the fee is paid with your order at the door, and your membership starts the moment you pay. That same order is billed at member prices.
- Who it is for. The membership is kept against your mobile number. It is for you and your household's shopping, and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Renewal. You can renew at the counter while your membership is still running. The new 12 months start when the current ones end, so you lose no days. Nothing is renewed or charged automatically.
- The fee is not refundable once your membership has started, except where the law requires a refund.
- Prices change. Member prices, like all our prices, can change from day to day. The price that applies is the one shown when you are billed. The saving on each item is shown on your bill.
Example: shampoo at our normal price ₹276 with a Prime price of ₹259 — a member pays ₹259 and saves ₹17. Your bill shows You saved as a member with the total for that bill.

Earning credit
- Which orders earn. Home-delivery orders placed on bbkbazar.com. Bills at the store counter do not earn Basket Bonus credit.
- What counts towards a slab. The value of the items you keep at your door, at the price you pay for them (member prices if you are a Prime member). The delivery charge, the Prime fee and any credit you use do not count. Some items do not count either — their page on the website says not counted in the Basket Bonus. The basket bar on the website counts only what counts.
- "Up to". Each slab shows the most you can earn. On items we already sell at our lowest price, the credit can be smaller, or nothing, so that we never sell below cost. Your basket and checkout always show the exact credit for what is in your basket before you order.
- Worked out at the door. The final credit is worked out on what you keep. If you hand items back and the basket falls below a slab, the credit for that slab is not earned.
- When it arrives. In your BBK wallet, against the mobile number on the order, as soon as the order is delivered and paid for. Your order page shows how much you earned and until when it is valid.
Using credit
- How long it lasts. 45 days from the day of delivery, to the end of the 45th day. Credit not used by then expires and cannot be brought back.
- Where. It comes off by itself on your next website order, or at the counter of any BBK BAZAR store when you give your mobile number.
- The smallest order. Credit is used only on an order or bill of ₹499 or more, in items.
- The most at a time. Up to ₹100 of credit comes off one order or bill. The rest stays in your wallet for next time. The oldest credit is used first.
- What it pays for. Items only — not the delivery charge or the Prime fee. It is shown on your bill as a discount, and GST is charged on what you actually pay.
- Not cash. Credit cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged, or moved to another mobile number.
- Cancellations. If an order or bill is cancelled, credit earned on it is withdrawn. Credit used on it goes back into your wallet with the same expiry date.
- Credit on the way. When you place an order, credit you already have is shown as coming off. It is taken from your wallet only when the order is delivered, so an order you do not take costs you no credit. If two orders are on the way, it comes off the first one delivered.
Basket Bonus credit and refund money are different. Money we put on your BBK wallet for a return or exchange is yours: it never expires, has no minimum order and can be spent on anything at the counter. Basket Bonus credit is a reward: it lasts 45 days, needs an order of ₹499 or more, and comes off up to ₹100 at a time.
Example: you order ₹1,250 of groceries. That reaches the ₹1,199 slab, so the checkout shows you earn up to ₹40. You keep everything at the door, and ₹40 lands in your wallet. Three weeks later you order ₹620 — the ₹40 comes off and you pay ₹580.
Home delivery Website orders
- Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more in items. Below that, a delivery charge of ₹30 is added, and the basket bar shows how much more makes it free.
- Pay at the door in cash or by UPI. You pay only for what you keep.
- The 4-digit handover code. Check every item before you give your code. Once you give it, the order is final. Nobody from BBK BAZAR will ever ask for your code on the phone.
- Up to 10 of any one item per order, so that everyone gets a fair share.
- If something runs out after you order, you pay only for what arrives.

Super Saver Older stock, lower price
Items that have been on our shelf for a while come down in price, so they move on and the shelf stays fresh.
- Which items. Only items showing a ⚡ Super Saver price, on the website and at the counter. They are always within their date — we never sell anything past its date.
- How many. Up to the number shown on the item for each order (usually 2). Any more of that item are charged at the Prime price for members, or at our normal price.
- While they last. The price is only for the older packs. N left at this price is exactly how many there are. When they are sold, the price goes back to normal — on the website, a moment after the last one is ordered.
- On the website, the price is set aside for your order when you place it, and applied at your door on what you keep. If the store changes your order's quantity at your request, you keep the price for up to the number set aside.
- With Prime, you pay whichever is lower — the Prime price or the Super Saver price — never both.
How offers combine
- One price per item. On any one item you pay the lowest of: our normal price, your Prime price, or a Super Saver price. They do not add up.
- Basket Bonus credit comes off the order after those prices, as long as the order meets the ₹499 minimum.
- Free delivery is decided on the value of the items in the order.
- Launch prices and other store offers are shown on the item or the shelf, with their own dates, and are applied by the till automatically.
General terms
- Honest offers. Every price, saving, countdown and only N left we show is real. We do not show false urgency or hidden charges. Every rupee you pay is on your bill.
- Prices include GST. Your bill shows the GST on each item.
- Changes. We may change or end an offer, including the Basket Bonus slabs. Changes apply from the day they are made and are shown on this page. Credit already in your wallet keeps the terms it was earned under, and your Prime membership keeps its member prices for its full term.
- Fair use. Offers are for household shopping. We may hold back an offer or credit on orders that look like misuse — for example, orders placed only to be refused at the door, or many accounts for one household. We will tell you why.
- Your mobile number is how we keep your membership, wallet and orders. We never share or sell it. See our privacy page.
